About Juanito Coffee

Juanito Coffee is a specialty coffee project born in Huila, Colombia — the heart of Colombian specialty coffee. We work directly with producing families in Acevedo and Gigante, buying single microlots to offer as roasted coffee and green coffee with full traceability.

The idea is simple: every bag should tell you two things most coffee doesn’t — who grew it, and what the roast is for. Instead of vague marketing, each lot will carry the producing family behind it and the brew method the roast was developed for, so you know exactly what you are buying and how to prepare it.

We are still getting ready. The online shop is not selling yet, the lot archive and the individual producer profiles are being built, and The Academy — our coffee school — is on its way. You can already walk the farm from anywhere through the virtual tour.
