Sourcing

Huila · Colombia

Every Juanito lot comes from a single place: Huila, in the south of Colombia. Steep Andean slopes, volcanic soil and cool mountain nights give this region some of the most distinctive coffee in the world. We buy directly from the families who farm it — one farm, one harvest at a time — paying beyond commodity rates so quality is rewarded at the source, and keeping every lot traceable from the hillside to your cup.

Single-origin microlots from Huila, Colombia — bought direct from the families who grow them, traceable from farm to cup.

Behind the coffee

Meet the people behind each lot.

People first

Coffee is a chain of people. We start with our family’s farms in Acevedo and Gigante, then open the door to more producers across Huila who share our commitment to quality.

Our first producer

Meet the family who launched Juanito Coffee—multi-generational Huila producers who shifted focus to specialty microlots, investing in rare varietals and meticulous processing. Their Acevedo farms, ranging from 1,550 to 1,900 meters, produce coffees recognized for expressive flavor and consistency.

Next producers

We’re actively partnering with additional families in Acevedo and Gigante who share our commitment to transparent, quality-first specialty coffee. Each new relationship is built on direct dialogue and fair compensation.
