Huila is Colombia’s heart of specialty coffee, where smallholder families cultivate exceptional microlots at 1,400–2,000 meters elevation. Volcanic soil and year-round subtropical climate create ideal conditions for rare varietals.

People first
Coffee is a chain of people. We start with our family’s farms in Acevedo and Gigante, then open the door to more producers across Huila who share our commitment to quality.
Our first producer
Meet the family who launched Juanito Coffee—multi-generational Huila producers who shifted focus to specialty microlots, investing in rare varietals and meticulous processing. Their Acevedo farms, ranging from 1,550 to 1,900 meters, produce coffees recognized for expressive flavor and consistency.
We’re actively partnering with additional families in Acevedo and Gigante who share our commitment to transparent, quality-first specialty coffee. Each new relationship is built on direct dialogue and fair compensation.
